This storm captures the market right from the announcement till a few weeks and months, if not years after the release of the new iPhone. There is even a common myth about Apple product users who are ready to wait in lines for days on end for their newest iPhone or iPad, just to be the first ones to get it. By PC or Android users they're considered to be 'snobby'.
When the iPhone was unveiled way back in 2007, Steve Jobs, the then CEO of Apple Inc, had told audiences that the iPhone would “reinvent the phone”. That was a fact! The iPhone reshaped the smartphone industry and helped Apple Inc become one the most valuable companies in the world.
The first iPhone ran on a variant of the [Mac] OS-X operating system which was renamed iOS in 2010. It had the following features:

It doesn't also cover situations where you Iphone or Ipad screen might get scratched, dented or even broken. Apple warranty also states that your warranty is invalid if you don't use your product within Apple guidelines, whichever they might be and that you might not be aware of. With all the above stated, the Apple product warranty is valid for one year.
In case you've jailbroken your iPhone or iPad in order to remove imposed hardware or software restrictions put on the devices by Apple, your warranty does not apply since you can install applications that are not officially on AppStore.
